Returns Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
At BaliTripService, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while protecting both our customers and business operations.
Cancellation Timeline:
- 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee
- 30-59 days before departure: 75% refund of the total package cost
- 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost
- 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund of the total package cost
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund available
2. Refund Process
When a refund is approved, the following process applies:
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for booking
- Bank processing times may vary, typically taking 3-5 business days for credit cards and up to 10 business days for bank transfers
- All refunds will be processed in the original currency of payment
3. Booking Modifications
We offer flexible booking modifications subject to the following conditions:
- Date Changes: Available up to 30 days before departure with no fee for the first change
- Package Upgrades: Available at any time, subject to availability and price difference payment
- Package Downgrades: Subject to our standard cancellation policy rates
- Name Changes: Available for a nominal administrative fee of $50 per person
4. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.):
- Full credit voucher valid for 24 months will be issued
- Rebooking assistance will be provided at no additional cost
- Insurance claim assistance will be provided where applicable
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Travel insurance premiums
- Visa processing fees
- Vaccination costs
- Third-party booking fees
6. Special Circumstances
We evaluate special circumstances on a case-by-case basis, including:
- Medical emergencies (with valid documentation)
- Bereavement
- Natural disasters in customer's home location
- Visa rejection (with official documentation)
7. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:

- Provide your booking reference number
- Explain the reason for cancellation
- Submit any required supporting documentation
- Choose your preferred refund method
8. Customer Rights
Our customers have the right to:

- Appeal a refund decision within 14 days
